DisableAll	2147483647	The job cannot be executed.
DisableChainedExecution	2	Responses cannot execute the job.
DisableManualExecution	4	The job cannot be manually executed.
DisableTriggers	1	Triggers are disabled.
NotHeld	0	The job is not held. All triggering mechanisms are allowed.
