The job ends.

Fail = 1

The job or step fails.

None = 0

No options specified

Run = 2

The job or step runs anyway (the failure is ignored).

Skip = 4

The job or step is skipped (this is logged as a skip, not a failure).

A warning message is logged and execution continues.
