adTempus supports distributed scheduling, which allows you to manage your jobs one a single computer, but have them execute on multiple computers.
The computer on which you manage the jobs is called the Master. Each remote computer on which jobs are to be executed is called an Agent.
The Master can run jobs on the host computer and on any number of remote agents.
An Agent can be controlled by a single Master. The Agent can also run its "own" jobs. That is, you can connect directly to the Agent using the Console and schedule jobs that run independently of the Master.
