If no MenuName is specified, the tool will not appear on the menu. The command will appear on the Tools menu unless a ParentMenuName is specified

The name of the parent menu that this tool's menu item should appear on.

Return null or an empty string to add this item directly to the Tools menu. To add it under a menu item created by another custom tool, return that tool's MenuName
