Enum VariableUpdateType

Specifies the operation to perform on a variable.

Fields

IncrementDecrement = 1

Increment or decrement a numeric value

SetBasedOnDate = 2

Set based on the current date

SetValue = 0

Set a new value

If the new value contains variable tokens (e.g.,

%SomeVariable%

) they are inserted literally (not expanded). Use SetValueWithExpansion to expand the tokens first.

SetValueWithExpansion = 3

Set a new value from a string that may contain variable tokens (expand the tokens before setting)

If the new value contains variable tokens (e.g.,

%SomeVariable%

) they are expanded first and the resulting string is used as the new value. Use SetValue to insert the tokens literally (without expansion).
